Does the CRA accept electronic signatures on the T183?
Yes. The CRA accepts electronic signatures on forms T183 and T183CORP, among others. It asks for a date-and-time stamp on certain forms and expects the party receiving the form to have verified the signer's identity.
Can I send the same letter to all my clients at once?
Yes. Bulk send takes a spreadsheet of names and email addresses and creates a separate document for each client, so nobody sees anyone else's copy.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They open a personal link from their email and sign on any phone or computer. You can require a one-time code sent to their email first.
How long are signed forms kept?
