Sell e-signatures to your clients, under your name

For IT providers, accountants and consultants who look after other businesses. Give each client its own e-signature site, choose its plan and bill it yourself.

  • Your product name, logo and colour, or sell it as bSign
  • One portal for all your clients’ sites
  • One bill a month from us, at partner prices
  • Your clients’ documents stay theirs

In your Partner portal

  • A new client site in about a minute
  • Basic, Pro or Business for each client
  • Pause a site or switch it off
  • What you owe, what you charge, what you keep
  • Each month’s figures as a spreadsheet

Your clients sign in to their own site. You never need to share a login.

The partner program

Your clients, your brand, your prices

Under your own name

Your clients see your product name, logo and colour on every screen and email, with a small “powered by bSign”.

Or sell it as bSign

Your clients see bSign, and you are their contact for setting up, everyday help and billing.

You set the price

We bill you a partner price for each person on your clients’ sites once a month. What you charge is up to you.

One portal for every client

Add a client, choose its plan, send its administrator a sign-in link, pause it for an unpaid bill. All in one place.

Their documents stay theirs

You manage sites, people and plans. Partners can’t open a client’s documents; the portal shows counts only.

Kept in Canada

Documents are stored in Canada, on servers we run in Ontario. That matters to clinics, law firms and accountants.

How it works

Three steps to your first client

Setting up takes a few minutes, and a checklist in the portal shows what is left.

Questions

What partners ask us

Something else? Write to support@bsign.ca.

What do I get as a partner?

Your own Partner portal with a setup checklist, your name and logo on your clients’ screens and emails (or bSign’s), partner prices with what you charge and keep side by side, each month’s figures as a spreadsheet, and the bSign team behind you at support@bsign.ca. It suits IT providers and MSPs, accounting and bookkeeping firms, consultants and software companies whose clients send documents for signature.

What does it cost to be a partner?

Nothing to join. Each month we bill you a partner price for each person on your clients’ sites, below our list prices. We share the partner prices when we approve you.

How do I bill my clients?

However you bill them now. You set your own prices, and the Partner portal shows what you owe us, what you charge and what you keep, with each month’s figures as a spreadsheet.

Will my clients see the bSign name?

Under your own name, they see your product name, logo and colour, with a small “powered by bSign” line on screens and emails. If you sell it as bSign, they see bSign and are told to contact you for help.

Can I see my clients’ documents?

No. In the Partner portal you see each site’s people, plan and counts, never its documents.

A client already uses bSign. Can it join my portal?

Yes. Write to support@bsign.ca and we move the client’s account into your portal with everything in it.

Who supports the partners?

The bSign team, at support@bsign.ca. You answer your clients’ everyday questions; we help with anything you can’t.

Ready to offer e-signatures to your clients?

It takes two minutes, and there is no fee to join.
