How long does it take to switch from DocuSign?

What happens to documents already signed in DocuSign?
They stay valid, and they stay with DocuSign. Download the signed copies and their certificates before you cancel, and keep them with your records. bSign does not import completed envelopes.
Can you move our templates?
Yes. Send us the five documents you use most and we rebuild them in bSign, fields and all, at no charge. After that, making a template takes a few minutes.
Are bSign signatures as valid as DocuSign signatures?
They rest on the same laws: PIPEDA and the provincial electronic commerce acts in Canada, the ESIGN Act and UETA in the United States. Each finished document carries a sealed PDF, an audit trail and a certificate of completion.
Will our signers notice the difference?
They get an email with a link, sign on any device with no account, and receive the finished copy. The emails and signing pages carry your logo and colours.
