Questions

Signing a PDF, answered

Need a document signed by someone else? Start free with bSign.

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no charge, no account, no watermark and no limit on how many PDFs you sign.

Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is opened and signed inside your browser and never sent to our servers. Close the tab and it is gone.

Can I sign a PDF on my phone?

Yes. Open this page on any phone or tablet, choose the PDF, draw your signature with a finger and download the signed copy.

Is a signature added this way legally binding?

For many everyday forms, a signature image on the document is all that is asked for. It does not come with an audit trail or proof of who signed. When that matters, send the document through bSign, which records who signed, when and how they were verified.

How do I get someone else to sign a PDF?

Create a free bSign account, upload the PDF, add the other person as a signer and send. They sign from a link in their email, and you both get the sealed copy.
